I used to be too scared to do the things I wanted to do.  I would ignore my inner wise woman and self-abandon.  I used to chase people and things looking for their approval.  I thought I needed external validation to be worthy.  Through my dedication to personal development, I have re-discovered my truth that we were all put on this earth worthy, loved and deserving of all the joy and abundance that we desire.  This is an abundant universe.

Through my commitment to building a foundation of self-love, I fuel myself through self-care practices that aid me in feeling joy and harmony in my life and I no longer chase people and things outside of me for approval.  

I chase my goals and dreams and when I feel myself drift out of alignment with my truth, through my inner work, I have learned how to quickly, easily and effortlessly pivot back to connecting with my positive self-concept.
